Customer Service Specialist
Astura Medical is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to act as the main line of communication between distributors and the internal operations team. This role involves facilitating the sales lifecycle, including onboarding, building surgical kits, and processing sales transactions while learning multiple areas within the Customer Service department.

Responsibilities
Processing requests for shipping labels, tracking and inventory questions
Coordinating the transfer and delivery of inventory
Collaboration with internal departments to ensure systems data is correct
Review surgery set requests and submit them to management for approval
Submit order and partner with warehouse to complete order
Book air cargo flights for set shipment
Maintain communication with distributors concerning set requests and shipping information
Available to work overtime when needed
Qualification
Required
Creative thinker and problem solver
Motivated self-starter
Detail-oriented
Able to work in a high-paced environment
Expert-level computer and software skills
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Excel
Experience with ERP Software; SAP experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in all listed above
Some college, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in Orthopedic Spine is preferred but not required
