Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social channels to generate qualified pipeline
Qualification: Conduct discovery to understand prospect needs, pain points, and fit for iNube Global Solutions
Pipeline Management: Collaborate with Pre-sales and marketing team to ensure smooth handoff and progression of qualified leads through the funnel
Market Research: Stay informed on accounting automation, AI trends, and the evolving technology landscape to sharpen prospect targeting
Campaign Execution: Partner with Marketing on outbound campaigns, events, and targeted programs to generate interest and awareness
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to team learning by testing new messaging, tools, and approaches for higher conversion rates
Collaborate with Senior Management to get periodic updates on the platform updates, referenceable customer details and product roadmap

Qualification

Required

3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or a related sales role (preferably in SaaS or technology)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you can articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently
Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented; thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and the future of Insurance and Cloud technology

Preferred

Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Outreach) preferred
Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn from experienced GTM professionals
