Boly:Welch is a full-service recruiting and executive search agency representing a partner in the food service industry. They are seeking an Operations and Accounting Assistant to manage records, assist with bookkeeping, and support general office organization and financial projects.

Responsibilities
Organize and maintain digital and physical records
Assist with document preparation
Manage emails and basic correspondence
Support scheduling and general office organization
Assist leadership with ad-hoc requests and special projects
Help with operational tasks or problem-solving as new needs arise
Maintain accurate financial records
Record and categorize transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Track invoices and vendor payments
Help prepare monthly financial reports
Coordinate with external accountants and bookkeepers as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ years of bookkeeping or accounting assistant experience
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Preferred
Experience supporting a small business
