They are seeking Early and Mid-Level Civil Engineers to join their Land Development team, focusing on site development projects across various sectors.

Responsibilities
Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop civil site designs for land development projects
Assist in site layout and grading to ensure compliance with local zoning requirements
Design stormwater management and erosion control systems
Research permit requirements and local regulations to support project approvals
Prepare construction documents, technical reports, and entitlement documents
Perform earthwork calculations and drainage analysis
Support permit acquisition and modifications during construction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
EIT certification preferred (or ability to obtain within one year)
Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred
