Responsibilities
Processes all new and used vehicle deals
Reviews and verifies Deal Checklist to ensure all items are completed
Verifies that the Buyers Order down payment matches the funds received
Pulls out policies to be given to the Billing Clerk to submit and send out
Reviews costing sheet to verify the amounts are correct
Calculates and sets up salesman commissions on Reynolds
Processes any remaining payments
Processes salesman commissions
Processes F&I commissions
Participates in ad hoc accounting projects as needed
Qualification
Required
1 year or more of experience in similar function
High-school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and Excel)
Basic knowledge of general accounting procedures
Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds software
