Vervic Inc is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR/Setter) to engage with potential customers by qualifying leads and securing meetings for the Account Executive team. The role focuses on conducting outbound prospecting and building a predictable sales pipeline, contributing to the company's growth.

Responsibilities
Conduct targeted outreach via phone and CRM automation to prospective clients
Use our parallel dialer and CRM sequences to manage high-volume activity efficiently and smartly
Qualify both inbound and outbound leads according to our ideal customer profile and criteria
Set and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with context from engagement
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up tasks, supporting pipeline health and forecasting
Participate in ongoing skills development and coaching to refine your approach
High work ethic (Monday-Friday)
Follow our proven sales process
Train with your coach daily
5+ hours of dialing per day
Manage your pipeline & follow up properly
Admin work for data collection
Be a team player
Qualification
Required
6mo+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR general sales
Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time
Open to learning new processes in sales
Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
Excellent communication skills
