Operations Center Support Technician
MANTECH is seeking a motivated Operations Center Support Technician to join their team in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves providing technical assistance, monitoring workflows, and coordinating task assignments within a 24x7 operational support environment.

Responsibilities
Review, assign, reconcile and support the transfer of data throughout their lifecycle
Provide technical assistance and telephonic support for monitoring to Intel Customers
Help provide support for Workflow Management services
Communicates with technicians to determine task assignments
Coordinates with Site Leads and Regional Managers on ticket prioritization and assignments
Follows up with other work centers to ensure task completion and task assignment
Monitor and support ticket workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university; an additional 5 years of related experience might be substituted for a degree
2+ years of Information Technology experience supporting a help desk environment
Ability to support rotating work schedule as necessary for 24x7 operational support
Must have a current/active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred
5+ years of related experience supporting a help desk environment
IAT Level II certification
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Occasionally move about inside the office to collaborate with other leaders/teams, use standard office automation equipment, and virtual communication
