Responsibilities

Drive revenue in assigned law firms and ZBFs (zero-based firms) through strategic outreach

Align client needs with Esquire’s core sales pillars and solution offerings

Manage the entire sales process including forecasting, pipeline, RFP support, and renewals

Maintain deep knowledge of Esquire’s products and how they solve client challenges

Use Salesforce and NetSuite to manage activities, track metrics, and report progress

Deliver market intelligence and feedback to support product and marketing initiatives

Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide after-sale support

Represent Esquire at events, conferences, and networking engagements

Support and grow enterprise accounts through QBRs, ASMs, and compliance monitoring

Identify underperforming enterprise accounts and develop strategic growth plans
