Responsibilities

Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations
Checking compatibility of equipment, inspecting condition, dry fitting and communicating relevant information with customer
Installing and testing of equipment in accordance with operating procedures
Servicing equipment as requested by customers in accordance with maintenance procedures
Repairing equipment as requested by customers and as necessary due to field malfunctions
Maintain service vehicle and tolls/equipment. Ensure periodic maintenance consistent with Company policy and promptly report required repairs to Branch Manager
Providing feedback to the Company through reporting of field problems and failures to the Branch Manager for processing of Field Complaint Reports
Identifying and ensuring appropriate tools, backup equipment and parts are available at or taken on service job
Preparing Field Service Orders, Rental Tickets and customer required documents accurately and completely
Maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing timely and competent service
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have Offshore Experience
Certified in H2S, SafeLand and DOT when driving vehicles greater than 10,001 GVWR
Working knowledge of Cactus Wellhead Product
Customer Service Best Practices
Service Documentation and Record Keeping
Wellhead and Valve Equipment Compatibility
Wellhead and Valve Installation, Operation, and Maintenance
Field Equipment Repair
Equipment Troubleshooting of Cactus Wellhead and other OEM Equipment
Intermediate Computer, Language, and Mathematical Skills
Intermediate Reasoning Ability
Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift)
Climb stairs and ladders
Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
Work in confined spaces when required
Operate heavy equipment and power tools
Perform repetitive movements
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Participate in regular safety training
Complete required safety certifications
Comply with all environmental regulations
Pre-employment drug screening
Background checks
Medical examinations
Safety certifications
Valid driver's license
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
Working in various weather conditions
Travel to remote locations
