Tax management

Advise clients on a full spectrum of tax services including planning, research, compliance, general mergers and acquisitions activities and transfer pricing

Analyze data and prepare work papers and tax returns based on professional standards for various entities and individuals

Expert in review

Prepare tax projections and assist with tax planning and consulting functions of clients

Identify and research various tax issues

Proactively work with staff, seniors, managers and partners

Supervise and train staff and teams for various client projects

Occasional travel for Staff retreats, client meetings, and continuing education
