Responsibilities
Cultivate and nurture relationships with our advisors while actively pursuing opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability, focusing on growth and retention
Effectively coordinate with Service, Marketing, Business Consulting, and other key partners across the organization to proactively anticipate client needs and resolve situations as they occur
Influence positive change in their organizations to support their evolving needs, as well as present policy changes, negotiate pricing, conduct business reviews, and organize client events
Develop and maintain meaningful relationships while positively representing Schwab’s brand and values
Identify, pursue, and win new assets and revenue opportunities
Qualification
Required
Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required
Active and valid FINRA Series 63 license required
At least 5 years of financial services industry and RIA relationship management experience
In-depth knowledge of Advisor Services offering. Absent that, you have transferable brokerage industry knowledge and/or the ability to learn the products and services with a limited learning curve
Knowledge of all aspects of the RIA industry including technology, operations, practice management, compliance, competitive landscape
You are a team player
Drive - you demonstrate ability to deliver excellent client service and sales results
Initiative and curiosity – proactively seek to understand overall relationship scope and identify opportunities
Resourcefulness – anticipate, research, address and resolve problems
Superior communication, presentation, interpersonal and listening skills
