Responsibilities
Liaison & Translation: Acting as the primary bridge between the legal department (l legal ops) and the IT department or technology vendors
Requirements Gathering: Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for new legal technology or for updates to existing systems
Process Improvement: Experience with CLM and exposure to salesforce will be a big plus
Project Management: Managing or supporting the full lifecycle of legal IT projects, including testing (UAT), training, and implementation
Data Analysis: Creating reports and dashboards ( Tableau experience) will be a plus
System Support: Often serving as a subject matter expert for key legal applications, such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Qualification
Required
5 to 8 years experience as a Business Analyst
Familiarity with SDLC process
Experience with CLM tools (e.g., Apttus/Ironclad/Icertis)
Ability to manage projects independently (write BRDs/test cases/test and implement) with guidance
Acting as the primary bridge between the legal department and the IT department or technology vendors
Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for new legal technology or for updates to existing systems
Managing or supporting the full lifecycle of legal IT projects, including testing (UAT), training, and implementation
Creating reports and dashboards
Preferred
Experience with CLM
