The role involves updating and maintaining engineering software for racking projects, ensuring compliance with U.S. codes and standards while providing technical support and training to staff.

Responsibilities
Update and maintain engineering software used for racking projects
Implement updates according to U.S. standards and codes
Communicate regularly with the headquarters in Spain to align software development with project requirements
Provide technical support and troubleshoot software issues
Document changes and maintain version control of the software
Train engineering staff on new features and software updates
Perform other related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or another STEM major
Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other programming languages; not required to master all software
Availability to work full-time at the Melrose Park, IL office. No hybrid and no telework
Preferred
Master's Degree in Engineering/STEM preferred
