The role involves selling and promoting medical devices in various surgical markets, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales forecasts and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 3 years of medical sales experience
Adaptable and flexible, ability to work 'on call' when needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Current, valid driver's license
Demonstrated ability to support product use during procedures
Ability to quickly develop strong and effective technical selling skills with new products in new markets
Ability to develop relationships with key customers
Ability to understand medical/surgical procedures and terminology
Ability to travel up to 50% and must reside in the greater St. Louis, Missouri area, or surrounding areas
Preferred
Experience selling to both general and plastic surgeons
Experience in market development
