Responsibilities
Manage litigation cases through all phases of the legal process
Conduct factual and witness investigations, including background checks
Draft and respond to discovery; manage document production
Review and summarize medical records, police reports, and deposition transcripts
Analyze case files and prepare chronologies of key events
Support attorneys with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
Collaborate professionally with attorneys, clients, and staff
Quickly learn and utilize firm technologies and systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure with accuracy
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new legal systems
Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication
Committed to maintaining strict client confidentiality
Preferred
Insurance defense experience is strongly preferred
