Human Resources Representative - OMS
Young Innovations is a medium-sized company dedicated to serving the dental profession and their patients. The HR Representative will play a crucial role in supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, and core HR operations while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across OMS and the broader Young Innovations organization
Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, manage pre-employment screenings, and help ensure a strong candidate experience
Assist with recruiting projects, metrics, and process improvements
Serve as the OMS engagement champion, supporting recognition programs and culture initiatives for on-site and remote employees
Help plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and company-wide initiatives aligned with Young Innovations’ values
Act as a go-to HR resource for employee questions and engagement support
Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, employee data updates, and HRIS accuracy
Track and follow up on HR administrative projects such as training completion, wellness requirements, benefits enrollment, and policy acknowledgements
Support audits, reporting, and day-to-day HR operations while keeping the HRBP informed on progress and priorities
Qualification
Required
Background in recruiting
Ability to support full-cycle recruiting
Experience in employee engagement and recognition initiatives
Proficiency in managing essential employee lifecycle and administrative HR processes
Organized and proactive
People-focused
Ability to balance day-to-day execution with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to take ownership of work and see direct impact
Experience in collaborating with employees at all levels of the organization
Ability to manage onboarding and offboarding activities
Experience with HRIS accuracy and employee data updates
Ability to track and follow up on HR administrative projects
Support audits, reporting, and day-to-day HR operations
