Avid Real Estate Advisors is a boutique commercial real estate firm in Dallas, TX focused on land and retail transactions. They are seeking a Junior Broker to work directly with the company principal and other producers on market research, data analysis, and general brokerage support.

Responsibilities

Produce and maintain ownership research, sales/lease comps, and various databasing

Cold call and assist in gaining understanding of property information to present to clients

General brokerage assistance including verifying zoning and municipal processes, demographics, traffic counts, employment drivers and produce timely client responsiveness

Assist in client tour research and preparation

Ability to successfully multi-task
