Senior Information Technology Business Partner

This role involves leading liaison activities between the business and IT, developing strategies to meet organizational goals, and managing communication plans and risk mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities
Leads liaison activities between the business or function and IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop a strategy to ensure business objectives are met
Leads the education of the Business on IT service offerings
Collaborates directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives, and represents the business or function within IT to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality
Leads development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholders
Identifies risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments
Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function
Accounts for the dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit(s) or function(s)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of experience working in the Information Technology (IT) field
5+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against to ensure high quality delivery
5+ years of experience in project management to track implementations
5+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership
3+ years of experience with giving presentations and public speaking
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
