Responsibilities
Fulfill clinical material orders: pick, review, pack, and prepare shipments per GMP and SOP requirements
Process inventory and shipment transactions using SAP and other digital tools
Review and verify order documentation for accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery
Stage and meter outbound clinical shipments, coordinate logistics with planners and requestors
Handle materials and perform internal movement within the warehouse, including operation of Powered Industrial Vehicles
Conduct inventory counts, identify and resolve discrepancies, and document all transactions accurately
Support projects aimed at process improvement and safety enhancements
Maintain compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures and documentation standards
Work safely with materials up to 35 lbs, including cold storage responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Experience in clinical supply chain, warehousing, or logistics operations
Proficiency in material handling and inventory transactional systems (e.g., SAP)
Understanding of GMP-regulated or compliance-driven environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to clearly communicate with team members and planners
Comfortable following SOPs and documentation standards
High school/GED and 2 years work or military experience
Associates and 6 months work or military experience
No Experience required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
Experience using SAP, Excel, and Smartsheet
Familiarity with GMP practices and regulated workflows
