Customer Service Representative
Trove Brands is a privately-held house of brands including BlenderBottle®, Owala™, and Whiskware™. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle a wide array of customer inquiries and contribute to strengthening customer relationships by providing kind, connected service.

Responsibilities
Connect via chat or email with roughly 70–100 customers daily
Provide primary phone support for Trove Brands
Find ways to engage in meaningful and impactful ways using our connection model
Engage in specialty assignments and project opportunities
Advocate for our customer – contributing to the customer voice
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Typing speed of 40–60 wpm with clarity
Able to perform focused, task-based work
Familiarity with helpdesk software solutions like Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc
