Responsibilities
Lead capital formation efforts across current and future funds
Manage relationships with institutional LPs, family offices, HNW investors, and advisors
Represent the firm in pitches, diligence meetings, conferences, and closing events
Oversee investor reporting, fundraising materials, and IR communications
Manage the Investor Management System
Partner across Accounting, Tax, Fund Administration, Marketing, and Executive Leadership
Support selective family office investment diligence
Help run advisory board meetings, including materials and follow-up coordination
Qualification
Required
7+ years in capital markets, investor relations, private capital raising, or financial services
Experience at a private equity sponsor (real estate preferred)
Existing institutional investor relationships or the ability to build them
Strong accounting/financial foundation; MBA/MAcc or similar exposure preferred
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with IR systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
Confidence in presenting to sophisticated investors
