Required

US citizenship
Willingness/ability to obtain a Secret clearance
3+ years of related experience
Post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline
Control system design background

Preferred

BS degree in Engineering or technical discipline with controls coursework or equivalent experience/combined education
Possess an active Secret Clearance
Experience modeling missile platforms as well as an understanding missile hardware and avionics
Experience applying discrete or Monte Carlo simulations
Python scripting experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability as a team player to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members
