Required

One year of experience in basic maintenance or general labor, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve common issues

Skilled in preparing apartments for move-in by completing all tasks required to ensure units are 'rent-ready'

Strong attention to detail, ensuring each apartment is cleaned, maintained, and organized to meet quality standards for new residents

Experienced in performing light maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs

Consistently demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude to foster a welcoming and productive environment

Thrives in a fast-paced work setting, managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effectively interacting with residents, management, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations
