Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve escalated issues regarding associate’s benefits or retirement by providing detailed research and explanation of the situation in a timely manner

Review Vendor Service Center calls and call notes as part of the escalation review process

Keep detailed log of incoming issues

Work with other departments and / or vendors to efficiently resolve issues

Assist in the review and update of department documents

Escalate errors within the external vendor systems and/or payroll system to the appropriate internal parties

Provide training opportunity updates to call center management, where applicable

Produce queries from SAP, when needed

Assists with other duties, as assigned

Required

Two + years related benefits/retirement experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Must be a team player

Ability to understand and adhere to guidelines that are mandated by the Federal Government

Must be able to identify problems, get to the root cause and take the necessary steps for correction

Ability to follow processes/procedures and communicate effectively – written and verbal

Ability to follow all policy and procedures, as required

Experience of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel; Access, a plus)

Professional skills verbally, on the phone and in person

Preferred

SAP experience, a plus

Bilingual in Spanish a plus
