Responsibilities
Perform diverse quality-related functions, ensuring efficient execution of operational, equipment, and support tasks
Develop and execute Outgoing Corrective Action Plans (OCAP) to proactively address and resolve nonconformities in outgoing products
Configure equipment recipes for automatic inspection tools, ensuring precise and accurate product inspection
Collaborate effectively with Outgoing Quality Assurance operators, providing essential support for daily activities, including product shipment preparation
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by strictly following all standards and workplace safety protocols
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Solid foundational skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
General computer literacy with the aptitude to quickly learn and operate specialized inspection tools
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and supervisors
Demonstrated positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and proven multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, which includes wearing full personal protective equipment (coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses, and gloves)
Flexibility and willingness to work a compressed schedule, including night shifts, overtime, and holidays as required
Ability and willingness to work any shift (day or night) in a compressed work week schedule once training is done
