Golden Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Status Board Operator to manage room assignments and coordinate housekeeping activities. The role involves scheduling cleaning staff, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service through effective communication.

Responsibilities

Schedule Guest Room Attendants to appropriate rooms for cleaning

Dispatch service calls to proper department or area

Maintain a daily log of all serviced calls and the status of any outstanding calls

Receive and log lost and found items on a daily basis

Issue and receive keys, radios equipment and worksheets to Housekeeping staff

Greet and direct visitors, co-workers, job applicants and others in a positive, friendly and up-beat manner

Operate a multi-line phone system, hand-held radios and desktop radios

Assemble, file and/or retrieve departmental records as needed

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience successfully using a computer, including Microsoft Office and office equipment

Preferred

Prior experience in same or similar role preferred

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple assignments at a time preferred

Proven ability providing outstanding guest service while multi-tasking preferred

Outstanding organizational skills preferred

Previous experience using LMS preferred
