Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and acquire residential land opportunities
Oversee entitlements, permitting, and municipal approvals from start to finish
Conduct financial analysis, pro formas, and feasibility studies to support investment decisions
Collaborate with internal teams across planning, engineering, and construction to ensure successful project delivery
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing land and entitlement team
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in land acquisition and entitlement in residential development or homebuilding
Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes in Texas
Proven success structuring and executing land deals
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, construction, or related field; advanced degree a plus
