Responsibilities
Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of security construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Coordinates and manages resources, contractors, and stakeholders, while monitoring project progress and addressing issues as they arise
Ensures compliance with safety regulations, prepares project documentation, and reports, and facilitates effective communication between all project participants
Leads the Security Systems Projects team and, as a team member, provides direction and mentoring to others
Manage security systems projects (new office, office downsize, retrofit, upgrades, decom) in the AMER region
Support Oracle's Global Real Estate Project Managers within the AMER Region plus Regional Security Director to Design & Develop Security Scope of Work & Bid / Tender Documents
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors
Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates
Confirms system performance by designing and conducting tests
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements to ensure projects meets the timeline/First Day of Business
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions
Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions
Maintains project data base by writing computer programs, entering and backing up data
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing and complying with company’s policies, procedures, and regulations
Maintain contingency workforce engaged through the supplier
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be a US Citizen
Open to 75% - 80% travel
Strong Security background in Designing Access Control & CCTV Systems
Responsible for writing technical specifications & developing Security Scope of Work & Bid Tender Documents for Security Vendors to bid from
Strong organizational & clear communication skills
Self-motivated requiring little or no direct supervision
Demonstrate strong multitasking ability to manage multiple different projects in their life cycle from conceptual design phase through implementation, testing & commissioning
5+ Years of Experience Working within the Security Industry
Working knowledge of Lenel OnGuard & Software House CCURE Access Control Systems and Milestone & Genetec Video Management Systems for Closed-circuit television (CCTV)
Word Processing & Excel Spreadsheet skills are absolutely required
Clear background check

BTech/BE degree
Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2020 or higher
Professional associations within Security Industry such as ASIS membership & CPP Licenses

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
