Technically proficient at managing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) system service
Extensive knowledge about how IAM system enables advanced User Lifecycle Management scenarios involving mobile devices
Knowledge of security policy frameworks
Understanding of supported SSO options
Experience with advanced directory integration for cloud and on-premises access
Ability to use the IAM System Policy framework to control user access
Understanding of how to map identity attributes and data transformations using Universal Directory
Ability to troubleshoot issues
