Schedule and manage multiple creative projects and production timelines
Serve as the primary client contact via email and direct communication
Build, write, and send proposals for client approval
Maintain client relationships and manage expectations with professionalism
Collaborate with internal creative teams to ensure project alignment and delivery
Track proposal approvals, revisions, and project confirmations
Support business growth through organized client communication and polished presentations
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management, operations, or creative/production environments
Strong written communication skills, especially in client emails and proposals
Ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and approvals efficiently
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-turnaround creative workflows
Preferred
Proposal writing experience is a major plus
