They are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Artist who will use their creativity and technical skills to produce accurate artwork and collaborate with various departments to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities
Produce excellent and accurate artwork to varying print capabilities and specifications
Perform quality check that aligns with the customer's need, proofed for spelling and accuracy
Develop a vast working knowledge of Versa-Tags' differing materials, print styles, and capabilities
Reformat supplied artwork and photos to create print-ready designs, dies, and rip files
Work closely with all departments to meet and exceed customer expectations
Produce content within the deadlines specified
Communicate effectively with other departments to develop customer art within print specs
Other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with PC Platforms and the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator
Ability to work efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of printing processes, file preparation for print, or manufacturing workflows is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project needs
Preferred
Experience in a print production, manufacturing, or agency environment
Familiarity with large-format printing, packaging, or digital asset management systems
