Assist our Underwriters with day-to-day tasks

Review of company information profiles for completeness and accuracy

Researching company histories

Maintaining agent records

Assist with developing future opportunities through collaborative, service-minded business relationships

During the first 30 days: Ask questions and take a lot of notes to understand surety bond terminology, processes, and systems. Develop trusting relationships with co-workers and clients, as well as with staff at various TMHCC Surety offices

During the first 3 months: Assist with quotes. Set up electronic files and gather reports from various sources. Accurately enter critical and technical information into systems. Prepare internal documents

During the first 6 months and beyond: Effectively prioritize assignments to support multiple team members. Easily navigate between systems to maintain client accounts and process team’s requests
