RemotelyHR is a busy and rapidly growing flower shop in Los Angeles gearing up for the week of Valentine’s Day. They are looking for energetic, reliable, and hard-working shop assistants to help create an unforgettable experience for customers during this high-demand period.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Constant lifting (up to 50 lbs) and moving flowers, buckets, arrangements, and larger shop items

Processing floral product and preparing items according to company standards

High-volume restocking of supplies, vases, and glassware

Maintaining store cleanliness — shop floor, storefront, cooler, bathrooms, and parking lot

Working hand-in-hand with our design team to ensure everything is prepped, organized, and ready for production

Supporting day-of operations to keep the shop running smoothly during one of the busiest floral holidays of the year
