Responsibilities
Perform fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
Conduct quality inspections on the processing line according to specifications
Follow all established SOPs and scientific methods
Maintain adherence to quality and safety guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
Maintain XX and punctuality
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
More than two years of manufacturing or assembly experience
Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations
Ability to use measurement tools such as microscopes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work flexible or extended hours as needed
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
