CBRE is seeking a Finance Sr. Manager to lead a team supporting an Aerospace contractor client in the Phoenix area. This role involves managing all financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring accurate financial outputs, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Supervise employees, coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff

Lead all aspects of training, development, and performance evaluations, including coaching and mentoring

Drive expense planning, future financial outlook, strategic direction setting, and standard management reporting

Approve financial analyses, reports (balance sheets, cash flow), and journal entries

Produce detailed financial reports, packages, and pro forma analyses for senior management

Implement accounting policies and procedures, lead special projects, and prepare management presentations

Successfully communicate expectations, handle sensitive issues, and influence interested parties to reach agreement

Troubleshoot issues, model positive behaviors, and apply expertise to achieve team goals

Required

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc

Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset

Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered

Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred
