Start in 2026 SummerAMT Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Engineer Intern to join their engineering team in Towson, MD for the summer internship period. The role involves supporting various project tasks under the supervision of engineering staff in multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities
Support various project tasks including regulatory requirements/reviews, cost estimates, research, procurement support, etc
Perform data entry, management, evaluation, and presentation
Support the preparation of reports, plans, and specifications for clients
May work on field assignments as needed
Will be supported by leaders, mentors, and teammates; and
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as necessary
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old
Pursuing Bachelor or Associates Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possesses solid technical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, detail oriented person
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Honest, fun, hard-working and ready to learn and grow
Preferred
Experience with engineering software applications (AutoCAD, MathCAD, Bentley Microstation, etc.) is preferred
