Oversight of finance, accounting and reporting activities
Lead day-to-day finance operations
Supervise a team of staff members including functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and grants administration
Ensure that SRO Housing Corporation has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation and conduct flawless audits
Work closely with program leaders and their staffs to educate them regarding finance and accounting procedures and explore how the finance function can support program operations
Qualification
Required
Experience working in the nonprofit field
Oversight of finance, accounting and reporting activities
Lead day-to-day finance operations
Supervise a team of staff members
Functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and grants administration
Ensure systems and procedures are in place to support effective program implementation
Conduct flawless audits
Work closely with program leaders and their staffs
Educate program leaders regarding finance and accounting procedures
Explore how the finance function can support program operations
Minimum Bachelors / MBA Degree
Computer Literacy: YARDI Voyager, MS Office 365, Advance Level Excel Skills
3 - 5 years of experience
