Responsibilities
Support all aspects of proposal pricing and cost development
Prepare accurate labor, travel, material, and other cost estimates in response to RFQs and data calls
Develop comprehensive price proposals and cost/price volumes aligned with solicitation requirements
Gather and analyze cost data from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers; perform and document cost/price analyses
Partner with Project Managers to advise on pricing strategy, compliance, and best-value solutions
Lead price reviews and deliver insights to key stakeholders
Build dynamic, scenario-based pricing tools to guide management decision-making in real time
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism, independence, and sound judgment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (relevant experience may substitute)
Strong Excel skills required
Exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
3-5 years of professional experience in government pricing
Background in manufacturing cost estimation strongly preferred
Prior experience with Deltek Costpoint is a plus
