Integrated Program Planner Associate - Level 1
Lockheed Martin is a leader in space technology and innovation, and they are seeking an Integrated Program Planner Associate to support the Fleet Ballistic Missile team. The role involves developing and maintaining comprehensive Military Construction schedules and providing critical path predictive analysis to enhance program execution.

Responsibilities
Supporting the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products
Developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
Identifying Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions
Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts
Qualification
Required
Active Secret security clearance
Experience analyzing data
Familiarity with a scheduling tool such as MS Project or Open Plan Professional
Customer service experience
Presentation experience
Familiarity with formulas, macros, pivot tables in excel
Familiarity with Tableau
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Experiences achieving team-oriented objectives
