Responsibilities

Specializes in Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Fires Electronic Attack (EA) Specialist
Provide technical support to Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Fires Electronic Attack (EA) Integrated Product Team (IPT)
Support specific off-site meetings/conferences (e.g., Operational User Working Groups, Mission Planning Electronic Warfare Working Group) and associated Cyber/EA or multi-domain operations hosted working groups
Provide SME support to IPT in person, on phone, or on travel – related to EMS Fires (EA) or multi-domain operations
Review, comment, and make recommendations on EMS Fire products (e.g., Program Plan, Integrated Milestone Schedule-IMS, Data Deliveries, Data Standards, Verification and Validation Plan products
Collect, analyze, and manage requirements and feedback from the community, as defined by the Joint Cyber/EMS Fires EA JMEM IPT on EA effectiveness data (weapon/target characterizations (WC/TC); EA Effectiveness Models; and Operational Effectiveness Metrics and Usage needs
Coordinate requirements and collection database standards with the JTCG/ME and other IPTs
Draft meeting agendas, briefing materials, minutes, surveys, plans, estimates, status reports, and resolutions for government review and release

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Systems Engineering
8+ years of relevant experience
Top Secret Clearance Required, must be SCI Eligible
U.S. citizenship required
