Responsibilities
Organize and manage daily activities of Deskside Support teams across North America
Ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to corporate IT standards
Oversee Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) order management and fulfillment
Collaborate with local SMO CFS teams to ensure timely delivery of new hire and refresh devices
Partner with ITC, IT Security, and DWS Imaging teams to build and customize the global corporate image
Maintain compliance and security standards across all endpoints
Identify and implement innovative solutions to incorporate AIPC and onboard NPU tools into daily operations
Drive adoption of new technologies that enhance productivity and user experience
Work closely with endpoint teams to improve processes and tools
Ensure all corporate endpoint applications support business continuity and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or five years of relevant experience
Preferred
CompTIA A+ certification
