Manage personal injury cases from intake through verdict
Lead pleadings, depositions, motions, and trials
Participate in ADR and maintain trial readiness
Ensure compliance with civil procedure, evidence rules, and professional conduct standards
Travel as needed for hearings, depositions, and trial appearances
Qualification
Required
Active Utah Bar License
Experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or medical malpractice
Strong legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Deposition and courtroom experience
Proficiency with Lexis and Westlaw
