Responsibilities

Enter Contractor payments and process estimates
Check inspector calculations for payments and ensure that payments are being made correctly in accordance with specifications
Complete job progress meeting minutes and distribute
Track project material certifications
Maintain project documents

Qualification

NICET III certificationNew York State DOT experienceComputer aided project administrationBachelor's degree in civil engineeringConstruction project knowledge

Required

NICET III certification or equivalent experience
Prior New York State DOT and/or New York State Thruway inspection experience

Preferred

Proficiency in computer aided project administration is preferred
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred
