Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, test and integration of digital electronics systems
Manage FPGA and/or ASIC design/test, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design/test, Embedded Software, FPGA Gateware, Systems Engineering/Requirements Management, Systems Integration & Test, Guidance Navigation & Control, and Electrical Engineering
Build skills and knowledge in technical disciplines required to integrate, test, and qualify a complex digital product
Leverage core engineering and management principles to enable team success in delivering a product that meets customer specifications
Manage multiple programs and subcontracts, including proposals and cost estimating processes
Lead in a multi-site environment, managing virtual teams and facilitating remote meetings
Manage procurements, identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring on-time delivery of goods and services
Use Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics to track program performance and make corrective actions when necessary
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and budgets, using IMS and budget data to track program performance
Qualification
Required
Experience managing FPGA and/or ASIC design/test
Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design/test

Electrical Engineering
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
Master of Business Administration, or Master of Engineering Management
Experience managing subcontracts
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs
Experience with proposals and cost estimating process
Proven ability to lead in a multi-site environment, including experience managing virtual teams, facilitating remote meetings, and using remote collaboration tools
Demonstrated experience managing procurements, including identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time delivery of goods and services
Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and the ability to use EVM metrics to track program performance, identify trends, and make corrective actions when necessary
Demonstrated experience with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks, and capitalizing on program opportunities
Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and budgets, and the ability to use IMS and budget data to track program performance, identify trends, and make corrective actions when necessary
