Customer Service Representative-Case Management Unit
The State of Missouri is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Case Management Unit, which offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities
Retrieve files from a shared network drive for statewide and external stakeholders
Process confidential documents in an accurate and timely manner
Assist and educate our stakeholders via phone and email
Review and provide quality assurance for externally scanned documents and request rescans as necessary
Assist with documenting, storing, retaining, and destroying paper documents
Qualification
Required
2 years of relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed.)
Preferred
Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word & Excel
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally communicate both orally and in writing
Comprehensive knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment
Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within established policies and procedures
Ability to be highly motivated and work as part of a diverse team
Ability to quickly learn new applications/systems
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public
Ability to complete assignments accurately within specified timeframes
