Manager of Supplier Growth & Success, Account Management
AvidXchange, Inc. is a leading provider of accounts payable automation software and payment solutions for middle-market businesses and their suppliers. They are seeking a Manager of Supplier Growth & Success to lead a team of Supplier Account Managers, focusing on driving ePayment adoption and revenue growth through consultative relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers
Set clear KPIs, optimize territory allocations, and provide hands-on coaching in discovery, objection handling, and executive-level communication
Guide the team in building account-level business cases and ROI storytelling
Oversee re-engagement strategies for disengaged accounts, ensuring corrective action plans are in place to drive conversion and adoption
Oversee the team’s use of CRM insights and payment mix reports to identify trends
Maintain accurate team-level forecasting and pipeline visibility, designing scalable solutions to address any patterns of underperformance
Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to resolve friction points in the supplier experience
Serve as the 'voice of the supplier' in strategic discussions to influence our product roadmap and operational enhancements
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of success in B2B SaaS sales or account management
At least 1–2 years in a formal leadership or team lead capacity
Strong ability to interpret data and coach others on forecasting discipline and identifying expansion opportunities
Exceptional written and verbal skills
Ability to influence cross-functional partners
Ability to interact confidently with C-level executives
Proactive and resourceful mindset
Proven ability to motivate individual contributors in a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment
Preferred
Experience in FinTech, Procurement, or AP/AR/Payments automation
