Responsibilities
Handle preventive maintenance of all water features equipment and update appropriate logs
Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers and associated equipment throughout all pool pump rooms
Respond to calls regarding maintenance of pools and equipment in rooms and public areas in a timely manner
Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc
Clean all pool pump rooms, storage areas and maintain an organized department and hotel
Support the installation or relocation of any additional equipment or existing equipment when necessary
Assist with energy conservation programs in the hotel

Qualification
Required
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Requires a working technical knowledge of electrical and plumbing
