They are seeking a bilingual Technical Sales Specialist to manage customer accounts and provide pre and post-sales technical support while offering opportunities for long-term growth.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of dealer and integrator accounts
Support new customer onboarding and lead development
Provide pre and post-sales technical support (project design, product selection, troubleshooting)
Deliver product and system training (webinars and occasional in-person sessions)
Assist with support cases, warranties, and vendor coordination
Participate in occasional vendor trainings and customer visits in Latin America / the Caribbean
Qualification
Required
Experience in AV, IT, or a related technical field
Knowledge of commercial and/or residential AV systems (distribution, networking/control, lighting)
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
