Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire: Set vision, goals, and priorities for a data engineering team; foster innovation and collaboration
Drive Execution: Align initiatives with business objectives, ensure transparency, and deliver measurable impact
Mentor & Develop: Build an environment of trust, coach team members, and support career growth
Partner with Stakeholders: Consult across business and technology teams to define data needs and deliver solutions
Shape Data Strategy: Define and maintain enterprise data products and frameworks for analytics, AI/ML, and operational reporting

Strong understanding of relationship data, graph technologies, taxonomy, and ontology
Experience building scalable data platforms and applying SDLC best practices
Previous coding or data engineering experience (role is leadership-focused, not coding-heavy)
Proven ability to deliver complex projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
