Paralegal
Adler Giersch PS is a well-established Pacific Northwest Personal Injury firm seeking an experienced paralegal to support their Managing Partner in downtown Seattle. The role involves providing client support, managing case files, and facilitating communication within a client-centric environment.
Responsibilities
Provide overall daily support to the firm’s Managing Partner, and concierge-level service to clients
Prepare and draft settlement demand letters
Facilitate client communication to include case updates, documentation, and scheduling
Organize and maintain case files including medical records and legal documents
Master use of the firm’s electronic case and calendar management software
Communicate with insurance companies, attorneys and healthcare providers
Manage supervising attorney’s case calendar
Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to legal ethics and professional conduct standards
Qualification
Required
Two-year degree and/or equivalent paralegal certification
Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm
A proactive mindset to anticipate attorney and case needs and bring solutions
Excellent oral, written and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Thrive working independently, and also as part of a team
A natural 'people-person' with high emotional intelligence and compassion
Excellent time management, case management and multi-tasking skills
A strong work ethic that is client-focused, team-oriented and driven by a passion for advocacy and excellence
Preferred
Litigation experience is preferred
